Start Well: Give us your thoughts as a staff member

The partner organisations who make up North Central London’s Integrated Care System are working together to start a long-term piece of work called ‘Start Well’. Start Well will look at children and young people, maternity and neonatal services across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington. This includes emergency and elective services at North Middlesex, UCLH, the Royal Free, Barnet Hospital, Chase Farm and Whittington Health.  We want to check we are delivering the best care to meet the needs of local children, young people, pregnant people and babies.

This work is right at the beginning, and we are currently gathering information to inform the next stages. As part of this work we want to hear from those who deliver these services, and have designed a survey to help with this.

About the survey

The survey contains 18 questions – most being simple tick-box questions – and is quick to complete.  

Where a list of choices is offered, these choices are based on feedback we have already received from those working in north central London.  There is always an additional space to add your own thoughts and comments if they aren’t shown in the list and we would actively welcome this.

If you want to talk to someone to give feeback or ask questions, each Trust has a Start Well lead, who will be listed on your Trust intranet. You should contact this person in the first instance.
